The aluminum fins are applied with an anti-corrosion, anti-bacterial, microbial, water absorption, and distribution coating.

Stay cool

In hot conditions, most cooling systems have insufficient cooling power. Energy is lost and effective cooling becomes impossible. The consequences are enormous and range from uncomfortable working conditions to food loss by failure of your cooling system. Patented PreCooll Oxyvap® panels create a cool microclimate around your cooling system. Evaporative cooling lowers the incoming air temperature by as much as 25°C. PreCooll significantly increases the cooling capacity, so deep cooling is possible even on the hottest days.

Oxyvap PreCooll

Contact humidifier against the spread of legionella

The PreCooll is a contact humidifier, optionally equipped with a UV water sterilizer. Contact humidifiers eliminate the risk of Legionella spread as no aerosols are brought into the air. People can contract Legionnaires' disease or Pontiac fever when they inhale small water droplets in the air that contain the bacteria. For this reason, the PreCooll can also be placed in public places such as schools and shopping malls, near air intakes of AHUs. The PreCooll is equipped with the VDI 6022 certificate.

The performance of the PreCooll is not affected by (turbulent) winds that often blow around condensers on rooftops. The sun doesn’t affect the chiller either as the PreCooll creates a completely shaded environment around the machine. This creates a cool microclimate and reduces heat stress on the components.

Smart cooling with AquaMizer

PreCooll's smart AquaMizer pump station is critical to its excellent performance. State-of-the-art sensors and control algorithms closely monitor environmental conditions. This allows maximum water efficiency and makes sure PreCooll is only active when necessary. The fully automated water management system continuously monitors the water quality. It controls drainage and refreshes water when the mineral content reaches certain values.
