Oxycom has realized an interesting lntrCooll project in Germany for Sinnack Backspezialitäten. 26 ltrCooll units are installed at three major industrial bakery locations. The lntrCooll units are used for space and spot cooling in the production halls. We also implemented IntrCooll units for process cooling. The energy savings are 90% compared to traditional air conditioning systems.
Sinnack Backspezialitäten is very satisfied with the operation of the lntrCooll. Peter Röskenbleck, technical director at Sinnack Backspezialitäten explains:
“We wanted easy to install and cost efficient units that would allow us to cool our production area, especially in the summer. Oxycom's IntrCooll units have certainly helped us achieve our goals. Thanks to Oxycom, we were able to achieve a perfect temperature in the production halls and the packaging lines. We also installed the IntrCooll units now to cool our products that come from the ovens. Previously, this was done with conventional chillers. We now save 90% on energy bills.”

The collaboration between Sinnack and Oxycom did not just happen. Only after a long search, and trying out several other solutions, did Sinnack find a fitting solution in the indirect/direct adiabatic technique of Oxycom.
