Oxycom's project at Sinnack Backspezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG

Mr Peter Roeskenbleck, Technical Director at Sinnack Backspezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG, tells in the following interview the successful story of Oxycom’s project at Sinnack.

What did Oxycom’s project imply?

PR: The installation of 26 IntrCooll units, which were placed according to the following scheme:

Sinnack Backspezialitäten – Bocholt

  • 8 IntrCooll Std.
  • 6 IntrCooll Plus

Sinnack Snacks – Bocholt

  • 6 IntrCooll Std.
  • 2 IntrCooll Plus

Sinnack Backspezialitäten – Gutenborn-Droßdorf

  • 2 IntrCooll Plus
  • 2 IntrCooll Std.  

RC: How big is each factory where IntrCooll Units where placed?

PR: They are 3 important industrial bakery sites, therefore we are talking about quite big areas.

RC:Where have the IntrCooll been placed? (packaging line or others)

PR: We have placed the units above the packaging line as well as in the production halls.

RC:What sort of cooling is applied? (Spot, Place Cooling)

PR: We do use these units to cool the different areas and the production hall, therefore we do use them for both Space and Spot Cooling.

RC: What was your goal before you realized the project?

PR: We wanted to have easy to install and cost-efficient units which would have enabled us to cool our production site especially in the summer.

RC: Did IntrCooll help you to achieve your goal?

PR: Yes, definitely. Oxycom’s IntrCooll units have reduced the supply temperature in the production hall and on the packaging line. We are going to carry out an economic study next summer.

RC: Any other information which may be useful to place as reference?

PR: We are planning to install extra units in order to replace our conventional cooling machines.
